He figured out the problem and ordered the part that same day. He came out the next week to fix it. Super polite and neat. “I just wanted to give a HUGE Shout out of Thanks and appreciation to David at Mid America Appliances Service. He went ABOVE and BEYOND for my husband and I who has had trouble with our washing machine. He listened to my husbands description and followed up by phon e and text on what he researched and shared with us. After thoroughly checking everything on our machine, and making sure he did not miss anything, our washing machine ended up needing a new motor. He ordered and received motor promptly installed for us in no time at all, we are up and running. Not only is he thorough and extremely knowledgeable, he was very polite, very professional.
